- Your name, work email, company and what you told us is breaking, when you book a call.
- Account records, documents and messages you or your team add to the portal.
- Basic security records: sign-ins, privileged actions, and failed access attempts.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information or share it between client accounts.
- We do not process card details on this site.
- We keep marketing consent separate from the emails your service requires.
Retention
Records are kept for the life of the relationship and a defined period afterwards, then deleted or exported on request.
