How we work
We start by writing down how work moves today, including the parts that only exist in your head. Nothing gets rebuilt before it is understood.
Every system we build has a named owner and a documented procedure. If a person leaves, the operation does not leave with them.
You see the same plan we work from. Milestones, tasks, documents and requests all live in your portal, so “where are we” is never a phone call.
What we will not do
- Put an AI agent in front of your clients without a person reviewing it
- Publish a number we cannot show you the definition for
- Store your passwords or API keys in a document
- Leave you with a system only we know how to run
